Refund and Returns Policy

At Houston firearms and gun accessories, we are committed to providing high-quality firearm parts and accessories. Due to the nature of these products and applicable laws, we maintain the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, and documentation.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept returns on:
    • Installed or modified parts
    • Items showing signs of use or wear
    • Special-order or clearance items
    • Serialized components (e.g., lower receivers)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide instructions and a prepaid return label, and ship a replacement or issue a full refund after inspection.

How to Request a Return

  1. Text(631) 863 9507 with your order number, item(s) in question, and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Include the RA number on the outside of your return package. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Important Legal Notice

By purchasing firearm parts such as forced reset triggers or similar components, you agree that:

  • You are legally allowed to purchase and possess such items in your jurisdiction.
  • You understand and acknowledge the regulatory status of specific items (e.g., Rare Breed triggers) may be under review or restriction by federal or state authorities.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws before purchase. Returns due to regulatory or legal restrictions in your area are not eligible for refund.
